I have lots of poppy but I live in Michigan But I would think you should plant now With your temp.it would be a bit cooler now for you My poppy Red and pink are right now in Michigan at peek beautiful Never hurts to try different times Good Luck
You can plant now and see what happens. I would reseed again in late winter to early spring. I go every year! Love how they wave and bobble in the breeze. Check out these links!
