I have used Rustoleum Appliance paint on the top ofmy dryer that gets little rust spots.
Appliance paint! Any home improvement or hardware store will have everything you need.
I painted a refrigerator in a brushed stainless steel paint and no one knew it was not stainless steel. It lasted for years.
You can buy appliance paint - and even if you don't want to pain the whole thing, you can use a stencil to create a pattern or design!
