Power washing, may need some spot scrubbing with bleach and a brush.
Check to make sure that the mold has been caused only by neglect and time, and not by insufficient drainage. If this is the cause of the problem then this aspect will have to be corrected first, otherwise no matter how hard to try to keep it clean, the area will continue to look unattractive.
Power washing will do it ;)
