What is your question?
If you're asking about how to make privacy windows there are several things you can do. One would be to check Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon, etc. for privacy film. They come in many designs now and are easy to put up.
Another idea is to use Galaxy Glass - frosted only, or you can dress it up like I did. I used 3 coats of clear Galaxy Glass put on with my fingers in a circular motion (dried in between) plus a coat of Galaxy Glass frosted at the end (I couldn't find frosted when I started). I also put some "apartment" décor wall stickers in between my coats of Galaxy Glass. I got the "apartment" décor wall stickers on aliexpress.com, the clear Galaxy Glass product at Amazon and finally found smaller bottles of frosted Galaxy Glass at Hobby Lobby. One reason I like these two options above is that both can be removed if I change my mind.
You could also spray with frosted glass spray, but beware that it requires that you spray in a well ventilated area and use a face mask. That means open windows and put out the fans while you spray. Be sure to cover all surrounding areas with tape and plastic (newspaper might work) so that any overspray doesn't go on your walls. Once you do this, as I understand it, it's permanent so you can't remove it or change your mind.
I hope this is what you were looking for as your question was quite vague. It really helps people who are trying to help if you give as much detail as possible.
Best of luck with your project.
YIKES! I Want a Privacy Window in My Bathroom!
What's wrong with the windows?
I'm not sure what you are asking? If you need a window you can put a window frame up with a light in the back of it or you can put up a painting and put curtain around it to make a fake window. If you have a window you want to see out and others cannot see in I would suggest the mirror window cling film sold on Amazon.
