is this a curved brim or a snapback? and how badly is it deformed? If the curved brim is askew, , I have always found spraying it with luke warm water, re-shape it & then wear til it is dry. If the shape is needed to be fixed, try a small cantelope (close to the size of your own head) - once again, spray it with luke warm water & let dry. Some of my friends have even gone as far as steaming it back into shape with a tea kettle. (about 6-8" from steam or you'll burn yourself)

find a plastic ball that the cap will fit onto to fill the cap, to form. Make sure air can circulate or take off and rotate the ball to remove any moisture that may collect. If you set it outside to dry you shouldn't have that problem.
Wet the cap and place it over an upside down bowl to dry.
