I would spray it with vinegar water after mixing up a paste of baking soda and water and putting that on first. Let it sit a while so everything has time to work. Then clean it off with fresh water. Everything should wipe right off. Good lluck. I wish you the best on your project.

Hi there! We have Very Hard water and I have bad arthritis. Mr. Clean magic erasers and powdered clorox are my magic formula for hard water stains and stubborn soap scum. Also white vinegar sprayed on, let set and sprinkle baking soda and scrub with magic eraser for more eco friendly version.

Baking soda paste with a nylon or back of a sponge scrubby. Takes a little elbow grease as well. Rinse when finished.

Before using cleaning products, try scraping it off with an old credit card. A scraper may scratch.

  • If you want easy, try KABOOM or CLR cleaners. Just make sure you get plenty of ventilation. Vinegar/Lemon Juice and Baking soda might work but you will need more elbow grease.
