You could go to any of the big box hardware stores and find several different flush mounted lights, including some with fans. If you can't get to one of the stores or don't have one nearby, there is always Amazon. Just go to amazon.com and search for flush mounted ceiling lights. Or you could do the same at Lowes, Home Depot and search for the same item.
If you're just looking for bulb replacement you could search for those as well,
Hope that helps.
This is one of the easier jobs. Turn the power off at the circuit breaker box. Remove old fixture. fixture will have 2 or 3 wires connected to it. Black for power, white for common and a bare or green wire for ground. Many times you will not have a ground wire. Connect the new fixture to the same color wires. Black to Black, White to White. Reinstall the fixture. There are a few ways of mounting the fixture depending on what type it is. Try to screw into the ceiling joists for a firm installation....... use a stud finder if necessary..
now that is the kind of response I like to get... good information !!
