I did white. Easier to see things at night. Mine were painted a muddy tan color, yuck! Cheap builders - proper cabinets should also have a wood back.
I don't think the yellow really goes with the counter top an the flooring. Think about doing the walls one shade of gray an the cabinets another shad of gray. This will pick up the gray in both the flooring and counter tops. The black hardware will then fit in as well. The floor and counter tops are beautiful.

You said the walls INSIDE your cabinets -- WHITE-- pure old stark white-- that's what Martha Stewart always says! I have done this to all of mine -- and you can SEE EVERYTHING -- without having to get out the flashlight!!! It's a Godsend, for sure! Use a gloss enamel, it reflects light, and very easy to clean just do a wet wash with a thick terry cloth rag!
DO GET RID OF THE YELLOW -- it's the wrong color, hue, shade ... a nice BRIGHT white will add light under the top cabinet, and the dark counter top will reflect a gray off white-- as the light shines on it .. GOOD LUCK!
A soft muted blue gray would compliment your floors and bring out the creaminess of your cabinets. You could spray your handles pewter for an even softer look.
Since you chose the big stainless frig, it doesn't go with the other black elements, it makes the kitchen look very mis-matched.

Personally I think gray is so last season, and won't go with the coppery tone floor and countertops. Ifyour painting the cabinets and the walls, I think it would match wonderful. If you paint the walls in tan and the cabinets in a light rust. Theses colors will match the floor and the counter great.
