you answered your own question lol. They should be nerds! Easy outfits.
Get two large SQUARE boxes from the store and cut a hole in the top large enough for a head to fit through. Then two holes in the upper part of each side of the box and slip one on each person to be sure of fit on each. (you want the box to cover their bottoms or they will need to wear shorts. Take boxes and paint them with inexpensive white gloss paint and let it dry completely. It may take 2 coats if using cardboard because it will absorb paint. Then using solid black glossy contact paper cut out 21 circles that are about 6 inches around for each box. Place the black circles on the white boxes so that the boxes them become dice. They can where white tights or pants and back shoes and go as a pair of dice!! I did this with my kids and they won the costume contest!
Definitely masking tape on eyeglasses!
Jumbo Library membership card, and Periodic Table, on lanard around the neck!
Rubber chin strap bathing cap in tote bag.
(I am a public library supporter, but hey, it's Halloween, so gotta have some laughs.)
