Pick off and dispose or it will eat everything very quickly. Use garden gloves. Inspect for more.
Might be horn worms. They have a little spiky tail. If they have white tubes on their backs, they're goners anyway. There is a wasp that lays its eggs on them, then the larvae eat them from the inside out. Otherwise, just pick them off and squish them or drop them in a can with water in it. They are ugly buggers.
