Is there room under your bed?Any other closets? Other wise you can vaccum seal the unused clothes for easier storage
I bought some pieces of luggage that I knew would fit under my bed and I use that for storing summer of winter clothes. No one ever needs to know that they are down there. I also bought one for boots and shoes that are not used that often

Hi Norma, Have you ever seen or used plastic bags where you use the sweeper to suck out the excess air and turn a 6" thick bag of clothes to a 2" thin bag of clothes? They are SO worth the money when you don't have much room for storage, Just be sure everything is freshly cleaned BEFORE you pack it into the plastic bag, and when it is time to take them out come summer, you just toss your clean clothes into a dryer to fluff them up :) YAY! You can use garbage cans and glass rounds for table tops to gain extra storage. Cover with round table cloths. They can be placed any where in your home. As for cardboard boxes, they attract spiders and scorpions. Plastic is better.
