Brr! Drafty windows- how to cut the draft?

I have 3 sets of windows configured like this...very drafty, How to you winterize them? There is nothing in the corner to stick tape to. Thank you
there are patching kits available...but I do my own. If you have screening left over from the install great. Use nylon thread a curved needle to sew the patch on over the hole. I cut some fun shapes for the patching..using cookie cutters for patterns. The patching kit uses glue. And when I first tried it ..it was messy.
I've seen pieces of screen stitched over the tear with a needle and thread. If all you are seeing is a practical fix that will do. Otherwise, screen is relatively inexpensive and replacing it is a skill that one develops quickly.
There are screen patch kits you can buy in a hardware department.
SEW it through the net with black thread........
