Take it to the Dry Cleaners.

IF IT CAN BE SAFELY WASHED it will have instructions on it (Federal law to manufacturers) check the inside of all pockets. It will probably say to dry clean....too expensive to ruin!

this should wash just fine. I have washed many pillows (some have burst too!) doesn't matter if it is feathers or down. Try to balance it with something of equal weight. Also put it in a mesh bag big enough to accommodate the jacket. That would restrain any down from wandering!

I would follow manufactuers directions for the garment. Check their website. I have washed mine on the delicate cycle in cold water and air dried and it turns out perfectly. Mine is from Patagonia.
