Buy a Corn Plaster - they have hole in centre and are flesh coloured and sticky , so guess you could use a small piece of cling film stuffed with cotton wool. Colour to taste..............
Bubble wrap would work. Put double-sided tape on a bubble (after cutting out a bubble) and apply to the nose. Use foundation makeup and regular makeup to make your wart ugly or hairy.

Raisins paint them black or whatever color scheme your going w and use elders glue extra strength or make up art glue🎃

Just a thought, but rubber cement then make up to color it we used to as kids make all sorts of little goofy things with the stuff. Glue it on with a face friendly adhesive? Or not.
