Anything that will hold soil and drain well.
That's a very broad question. So, I'll give you a very broad answer... anything that holds soil and water.
Small trash cans, small totes, boots, bathtubs, watering cans, hats, purses, you name it...you can pretty much repurpose it as a planter.
