What is cheapest way to replace stained counter tops that are laminate

I stained my counter top with flux used in soldering. I cannot get it off or covered. Counter top green. Tried magic eraser, all cleaners, anything I could think of. Don't have much money to spend so any ideas considered. Thanks. Sue

    They sell counter top kits that you can use to resurface your current counter top. Brands like Giani and Rustoleum sold at places like Lowes and Home Depot.

    Mr. Clean Magical Eraser is supposed to clean even laminate counters. Use gloves. Consult online info if in doubt.

    The flux burned the surface of the laminate away. Rust-Oleum or Giani Countertop Paint Kit. Much cheaper than replacing. Home Depot, Lowes, Menards.

    Also you will have to search online but they used to sell an insert for a cutting board where you cut a hole into the top and inset a cutting board with a rim. Great fix for a well used area.
