Starting at the back, carefully take off that piece, you should see how the rest of the pieces are put on...save all your old fabric pieces as these will become your pattern pieces for the new material. Some pieces will be sewn before the go on the chair ( arms, wings) you could take notes as to which order you took off the old so that you can reverse it when replacing. I use a combo of staples and hot glue when recovering fiurniture...if you haven't recovered before, a wing chair is a fairly ambitious first project
