What are you using the pillowcase for? I make pillowcases for charity, and I wash my cotton fabric first with a Shout® color catcher sheet in the washer. The sheet absorbs any errant color that might bleed from your fabric. The color catchers come in a box and can be found on the laundry aisle of most supermarkets.
Why would it bleed?
No! not if it was a new purchase, but if it has been dyed it might unless it has been properly done. Best wash separately first to test.
I’m not sure I understand the question. Do you mean bleed in the wash or onto the rest of the bedding?
It shouldnt bleed, as long as its set properly
Thank you
