Are they hanging or glued on? If they are hanging, you can carefully take them down. If they are glued on, here's some help from Lowes, BUT I would tape across, up & down plus diagonal to hold the glass together first before I started this process.

Good luck!
Are they glued to the wall, or just on those little clips? You can heavily duct tape them in multi-directions,then tap w/ hammer to break the mirror and pry the pieces off(w/ thick gloves, goggles, and spread a drop cloth to catch any slivers of glass). You may have to patch the wall before painting if the adhesive pulls off chunks. Or, you could try framing the mirrors with picture frames if you still need something reflective and removing them is too much for you to do...

You may be VERY fortunate by having them on with mirror clips rather than being glued to the wall. In case there is glue, do tape the mirror for safety.
I'm sure there has been paint applied after the mirror was there so begin by using a razor knife to cut carefully around the edges of the mirror. Don't cut the drywall!
All you're trying to do is cut the paint so it doesn't act like glue and either break the mirrors or rip away the finish on the drywall.
I'd cover them with wallpaper
You can also use non-adhesive/adhesive window film. I like the bamboo and green leaf ones.... https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=decorative+window+film+and+bamboo

i can see the mirror hangers at the top and bottom of the mirrors. Start with those.
You can buy a large suction cup with a handle on it to hold and pick up the mirror.
They‘re cheap so get one.
Stick it in the middle or where you can easily reach it.
Mirrirs are Heavy!
start by taking the top hangers off first. Usually just one screw.
Now gently tug on the suction cup to see if the mirror is also glued on.
Big problem if they are. You can get them off but the dry wall will come with it so you will have to repair the wall before painting.
But if they’re not glued Hold the mirror in place with the suction cup and have someone remove the bottom hangers.
Lif off carefully with the suction. It’s a two person job so you will need help.
Done!!!
Not a bad idea to run duct tape in a star shape in case it breaks.
I just used packing tape.
NOW If they’re glue. the glue is applied randomly. A few squirts hear and there. swirly Lines too. But usually it doesn’t cover the entire back of the mirror.
You cannot remove the glue without damaging the wall so don’t even try.
Hammer is too messy and dangerous. Since I am a glass cutter I made a bunch of scores all over the mirror then applied lots of tape.
Do not score go back over a score. Glass can only be scored once without damaging your glass cutter. Dip the cutter in oil before each score.
Scores have to be made from one side of the glass to another so using the end of your cutter…tap on the beginning or end of a score and it should start to run. You can see it. Tap along the score line Until the run is complete. other runs may start to form as you’re working. That’s good. Pick one and go with it. When you get a section of glass freed you can peel it off. Or you can wait until all your scores are run.
Definately wear protective gloves and peel the broken sections off. Might have to use a scraper to remove the glass and glue.
it will all be common sense when you get to this part.
Take your time. It’s a slow process. Protect your eyes.
Protect any surface the glass chips may fall on because they will damage most surfaces.
Patch the wall when you’re done.
Its a Big Big job if it’s glued. But youll be happy when it’s done. It’s really the only way to get rid of the mirrors.
But never fear! They might not be glued!
Can use contact paper that comes in a variety of different textures and styles now if you didnt want to use window film, if your not ready to tackle takibg them out yet
