I just use Dawn dish washing soap and warm water. That stuff works for so many things.
All I use is a microfiber cloth and occasionally I wet the lenses with water if their is something sticky or unknown on the lenses that the towel doesn't clean off. The microfiber cloth doesn't scratch my lenses and cleans them very well. A little mild soap doesn't hurt if necessary, just be careful rubbing with the soap, as I have scratched my lenses when there was a lot of dust and some oil splatter combined and I didn't rinse off the dust first.
Make a mixture of two common household ingredients, using a spray bottle of any size, fill the bottle ¾ full with rubbing alcohol. Add two small drops of liquid dish soap. ... Shake the mixture gently; you do not want to create bubbles.

My eye doctor told me to use alcohol to clean them. I usually use a microfiber cloth. Since glasses are so expensive, I looked it up and found this helpful link: http://www.cbetternow.com/how-you-clean-your-eyeglasses-t61.html
I use isopropyl alcohol. Works very well.
just use a damp microfiber cloth
