We live in Florida. What’s the best bug spray for outside the house ? So I can get them before they get in.

Are you looking for a natural essential oil mix? If so, I'd go with lavender, lemongrass & peppermint, all equal amounts mixed together with fractionated coconut oil (everything is available on Amazon for pretty cheap). I made up some of this for my own bug blaster, it is safe for pets and kids, but repels ticks, mosquitos & black flies!
spray the perimeter of the house with a bug b gone from Ortho or Spectricide,use a pelletized bug conrtol for the lawn as well
I would get one of those electronic bug zappers and hang it next to door. And screens.
Plant citronella by your door.
Citronella candles and/or oil, geranium oil, catnip oil (essential, all of them). You will shoo them away instead of killing them!
