Take a washcloth and either sew or use velcro to make an envelope. Then just pop in small bits of soap slivers for a self sudsing washcloth.

In the olden days there was a metal thing you could buy to hold such chips but that didn't work as well as the washcloth or reforming.
Melt down, but before hand, buy a few pretty molds. Make Fun Looking Soap!
Put them in a mesh bag, and use when you shower or bathe.
I make small draw string bags out of nylon mesh. I use the fine mesh and double it. Put the slivers or pieces in, draw closed. Hang in the shower.

Or you try molds, when I was a child my mam got molds from a craft shop. We made soap statues. Sorry can't help anymore.
