It is doubtful that you will be able to supply the six or so hours of direct sunlight they will need.
You might try a grow light but I think there's a reason tomatoes are planted each year.
Do you have a grow light?
As long as the plants are producing fliers, they will produce tomatoes. But tomato plants only live for a season, then die. If they are still producing now, try planting tomato seeds indoors in little pots or a plant incubator. When the baby plants are big enough, plant them indoors in pots about a foot deep. Don't overwater or overfertilize, especialize in winter. You will probably have to use bright lights to supplement the sunlight. Every 3-4 weeks, start new seeds. You may have fresh tomatoes until your early summer crop.
