This lady made one with fall leaves, but you could use any kind of Christmas style garland instead.

"Snow" Dusted Tomato Cage Christmas Trees
I made several Christmas trees using tomato supports. I turned the support upside down and then tied the ends that were to go into the ground altogether with wire. I then wrapped garland around the whole support all the way down to the bottom. After it was totally covered with garland, then I used a string of 100 lights and wrapped them all around the support. Be sure to keep the electrical plugin at the bottom. Every year I used the support I would use different garland & lights.
I will be posting about this very soon, you can follow me in Hometalk and find it in a few days. It is easy!
