Go to "Browse Projects" then click on "All DIY" then type in "yard art" in the search box and see if you can find it that way.
I found one but I'll tell you, most of the ones I found were either gone, for sale or just the picture. This one does have a pattern but no real directions. (SiGH) There also some suggestions in the comments. Hope this helps.

I've been looking for about 1/2 hour. I'm amazed at how hard it is to find patterns for PVC birds.
This gentleman makes them for sale but in the comments he does say he'll provide the patterns if you email him for details. Further down he does say the patterns are for sale. :( But you can certainly look and read his article. Maybe that alone will help you. .

This was a gal and she had great directions on a tall standing flamingo. It was cut out of larger pvc and so cute. I thought I saved that email so I could go back when I had time and order the patterns. Thanks so much, the replies for this inquirey has just been GREAT!

I have your patterns. I would like to know how do you make your bird bobble up and down.? I have seen them move and they realy catch you eye.
where can I buy the little pieces that you put on the top of the stick that make the birds dance? I already bought the bird patterns from you.
