doilies are usually made of cotton crochet yarn. I would make up a rather strong water/bleach solution and immerse the doilies in that and also rub them with some good bar soap (fels naptha, or zote) Keep careful watch over them and the minute you see the stains disappear, yank them out and rinse thoroughly!
If the doilies are crocheted from cotton thread, then you can soak them in a mild bleach solution (1/4 C bleach to 1 C water). Don’t apply bleach directly to a stain as it may eat at the delicate threads. You can also use Oxyclean or a non-chlorine bleach to soak.
I would soak them in oxyclean in warm water.
The old fashioned way was to soak in fresh Buttermilk, rinse, and dry on a bush in the sun.
