Patio furniture covers,tarps
We purchased a cover from big box hardware and it was awful -returned it. Purchased this one from Amazon/ costco and its size and vented bungeed design works wonderfully. We put A small plastic bin under the tarp to help shed the rain and snow.
Make or buy patio furniture covers.

I just throw a plastic tarp over mine and secure with bungee cords. Easy, cheap, simple.
Really easier to buy covers that are made to fit the furniture. But you area little late to get them this year in a big box store. If money is a problem, use old plastic shower curtains with twine, or bungee cords.
those covers are very expensive..and come on guys...tarps tied down with bungee cords? Pretty ugly don't you think? I just put my stuff in the garage or shed throughout the winter
I just push them together and throw a tarp over all.
Need to add, after reading Itsmemic from N.Y comment, that when the rain stops, uncover and store the tarps. It is an assumption that the bungie corded tarps will be left on all the time except when being used.
I used a clear water base sealer. 3-4 coats.
I live in Oregon so understand completely. If you can take it inside during the winter but that isn't always possible. Next best thing would be a plastic or canvas tarp that you could throw over that. We live in a windy area so be sure to use bungee cords to secure it in place.
If you are really ambitious: build a mini greenhouse over your patio furniture using 8' tall x 8' wide hoops and greenhouse plastic. Pot up parsley plants, collards, kales, lemon balm, Swiss chard, and calendula. Put a few layers of cardboard over the table and then put the plants on top. Run some outdoor xmas lights out to the table and place among the plants (the lights should be heat producing so no LED...). Turn the lights on if the temperatures are going to drop below 20F. You can also run some white lights along the ceiling of the greenhouse to make it pretty at night and extend the daylight length (anything less than 10 hours of daylights will make plants go dormant above ground). Watch for aphids, they love kale and parsley in the winter. Spray with an organic pesticide (1 tbs Dr. Bonners organic liquid soap, 1tsp baking soda, 1/2 gallon water) and then rub/shake/knock them off the plants.
HAVE FUN!
