Compact small bench like structure with small bowls. Bowls can be refilled frequently.

I found a three legged metal plant stand that my dogs bowl fits right into, right height, looks good and very reasonable.
I used an old bed tray that had folding legs, I just made sure to "lock" the legs so they wouldn't collapse. Maybe you can find one at a thrift store.
Dogs don't really need raised bowls. They naturally eat things at ground height. Raised bowls are just something to make you spend more money.
I have an idea for a fold up shelf.. for our Lab's bowl.... I just need my favorite husband to build it... I want a rim on it so Boyo doesn't scoot the bowl off.. Also we keep his food in a 10 gallon metal trash can... I thought about cutting a hole in the lid to hold the bowl.. right now he is using a fold-able, single step stool.
You could easily make one from an unfinished pine stool at a craft store. Then get a tapered bowl that has a wider rim than bottom. Cut a round hole in the top of the stool that's bigger than the dish's bottom diameter but smaller than the rim diameter. The bowl will drop in and stay fairly snug while eating. But I do agree with a previous answer, most dogs don't need raised food bowls unless they've had spinal injuries or severe neck and spine arthritis.
Us an old stool - painted to match the kitchen.
