Have you tried hair spray, or goof off. They work well on many things.
Can you wash it in hot water and detergent? It may shrink. Or, take it back to the store and exchange it.
Try Goo Off or WD-40. Put it on and let it sit for a little while, then rewash. You could also try rubbing alcohol. Just dampen a rag with the alcohol and rub gently. Good luck!
Try wd40 then use dawn soap and wash out
Rubbing alcohol will take it off. Use a cotton ball and dab at it. WD40 may do the trick too. The trick to that is to spray the WD40 on a cloth, not the garment. Again, dab at it.
