wrought iron doors? French Doors? this is a tough one !
how about a beaded curtain?
Bi-fold louvered doors. Or sliding panels. Blinds.com sells sliding semi opaque panels but they are pricey. I love the beaded curtain idea for easy and inexpensive.
I like the beaded curtain idea. Or you could so something a bit more simple and hang a nice shade
I had a similar problem years ago. We put shutters, like what old saloons had for doors. You can get them in different heights
I like the idea of shutters hung like old saloons had. You said you have a wide opening so not sure if this will work but if it's like a wide door frame you can get a tension rod (they come in many sizes so check your width) and hang some nice white sheers and tie backs. You can also use drapes, curtains or whatever color you want, I like the white because they just make it look so clean and soft. Tip you may want to use more than 1 panel on each side depending on how wide your doorway is and it just gives it a much fuller look
Hi Beatriz,
Add a door, Saloon Doors, Swing Doors, Curtain, Bead Curtain etc. Form a lobby at the door area, so they can not see straight through or add a curtain across the hall at the door end!
