Hi Donna, Here's a how to video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-v5XJ2y57A
Have fun!
well first off, that wasn’t a ”LAMINATE “ floor. That was real wood, so really the most important steps to take on Laminate or ceramic tile flooring is prepping the surface via sanding and degreasing, then using a self-etching primer or Alkied based primer to help the new paint color to bond properly. I have done this on Ceramic flooring where family and guest enter the house from the pool area with wet feet and it’s holding up till this day ( roughly four years )
Apparently you can - it's something I've thought about doing. Here's a link I found helpful:

You can use out door paint like for patios on laminate floors BUT it is a temporary fix. Some people do it to hold off a year or so until they decide on a more permanent fix.
personally would not recommend it.however, heres a tutorial for you. https://lifehacker.com/5977820/how-to-completely-make-over-vinyl-or-laminate-floors-with-paint
