You may use a razor blade and gently scrape

Once you have made a scrape or two, try rubbing alcohol or vinegar. Might speed up the process.
Try using fine grade steel wool with paint thinner, and if that isn't working use laquer thinner or another solvent until you find the correct match for your paint.
I would scrape it clean with a razor blade. It will come off quite easily that way.
Try nail polish remover.
