That could be a lot of different problems. Since it is in a pot, you may be flushing all the minerals out of the soil. Try adding a little Azomite (try Amazon for a small bag). It could also mean your air is too dry. The roots may be too wet to absorb adequate air from around the roots, or other problems with light or disease. I would plant it in a semi-shaded area outside and let is grow big. You may not be able to force it into blooming again inside.

This happened to me when my plant contracted aphids. I removed the entire plant from the contaminated container, washed all remnants of dirt from plant and roots then no more brown tip
Over watering
I would put it outside in natural sunlight. Bigger pot with good drainage - not clay. Plant food every so often.
It can happen if the plant hasn't enough drainage,
Incorrect watering can cause this. Long dry spells... or uneven watering. Let it drain well after watering, then don't wait so long to water in between
Get a MIST METER--it will tell you whether your plant needs watering or not and you can use it on all your plants---I got mine at the 99 cent only store but I think they have them in nurseries...
Usually, Brown tips on Leaves is a sign that its been getting Too Much Water... Plus, They Dont like being Indoors.... as They need Sun.... hope this helps You...😀
google it.
Plant has uneven moisture. Many indoor plants (and outdoor plants as well) exhibit this sign. Plant outside after last frost.
Hydrangeas need to be planted outside. Their roots are probably bound.
