Yup, definitely caulk wherever there are holes in your siding, bugs and stuff can get in there but also moisture, so its a good idea to seal it up wherever you can

Yes!! Caulk all holes and cracks outside your house, not only around light fixtures. Bugs, mice and the weather (rain) can get inside the walls.
