Donate them to any elementary school, especially those located in less advantaged areas. Teachers are always looking for inexpensive (or even better- free) materials for arts and crafts. If you are unable to deliver them yourself, then place an ad on Craigslist or Kijiji, under Crafts materials or Items Free.

just save them,you never know who u forgot

save them for next year
if the cards are not used, you can save them for next year, sell them on ebay, donate them to charity for resale, give them to a friend or donate them to a church.
Contact the activity director at a nursing home and offer them.
Take them to a convelescant home, and they will show the folks how to make a basket from these cards. NEVER throw away these lovely cards. They will be placed in a lovely order, and colors, to brighten up the basket, and for others to enjoy as well. Blessings, J.
Maybe you can make gift tags out of a few of them. Cut them into 2 inch by 3 inch. For next year..?
Yes, many people don't realize that more often than not, teachers make purchases out of their own pockets, as there is insufficient or non-existent budgets in schools for even basic classroom resources.

Unused / new cards. Save for another year? Donate to shelters where they cannot purchase cards. Donate to a thrift shop to sell. State mental hospitals / VA hospitals / long term care facilities can use them for patients to send next year to their families.
