It sounds like you may not have proper roof ventilation. There should be vents somewhere. If there aren't, that may be your problem if you didn't have the issue before.
Call the roofer back, it is their responsibility for repair. Here are some links.

I agree with Naomie. This is something your roofer did wrong so they need to make it right.
If you have a whole house fan make sure that you replace cap on it, we just did ours because my husband remembered and he said all the nails were frozen. The heat was escaping and causing condensation.
I agree with Naomie and Lida. Any chance the roofer removed the roof vents to do the roof and forgot to replace them?! You need that air movement. Definitely call him back. He did something that changed.
