I like ve in a rented house. I am a very good Tennent. But the lady next door. Has washed all the grass and dirt away with her Pool every day my yards soaked. So much runs in to other people’s houses. I told the women. All she did was say I am jealous of her pool. We both rent. Of the same agent spoke to the agent. All she said it will dry. I am 70 I feel they think I am an old fool as the women’s under the. I’m Barela told me she told the agent I was an old fool. When we have a house inspection. She does not use the pool I caught her and her son. Emtying. The pool in my yard. Yes I got it on my iPad in photos. But the agent. Will do nothing. The house had a beautiful yard now it’s nud an dirt It’s very depressing. As I live in Queensland. And. It’s hot. Nothing better to sit out side under a umberrella I can not. Any ideas for trees that soak up water.

Willow tree Love water! In America your agent is responsible to pass your concerns on to owner. It sounds like the neighbor is damaging your lawn. Perhaps you should write or call the owner and have them step in and help. I hope it gets better.

Willow (Salix) I realize this problem is very distressing for you, especially as you have such inconsiderate and unhelpful people around you. You could plant a Willow Tree or Salix in any form or Bog Garden Plants, they would love the conditions.............

If you do not get satisfaction from the agent, is there a way to contact the owner? If not, you can get legal assistance or move. Having pictures of the problem is a good thing.

Wow, this is horrible!! If you are unable to contact the owner and the agent just ignore you, I can only advise you to find legal assistance. Wishing you good luck!!

I am so sorry this is happening to you. Call the town hall where you live. The chemicals in the pool are killing the yard and the neighbor has no right to destroy property.

The municipality you live in should have bylaws which state that one cannot divert or direct water into the next property. Check with your local municipality to see if they can send out a bylaw officer or building inspector. There should be no charge for this service.

Try your local government, they are making a swamp and that means mosquitos, which breed disease. Also attracts unwanted other things, bugs, and others looking for water. Sorry for you, it stinks to have your peace disrupted by idiots. Tell your agent before you go, but do not let them deter you. There is also a chance they are violating ordinances with pool, water usage etc. Check it out with local government quietly and then see if you need a lawyer. Chances are the threat of government involvement will goad the agent into action.
