Depends on which plants,as many have different watering needs
It depends on the variety of plant, but once a week is enough for most. If soil is still moist the following week, I would skip it.
since my house is always at 73 degrees F, I generally water once per week at all times of the year. I also make sure to check plants periodically to make sure they are not too dry / wet in between.
I feel the soil in each plant, water accordingly.
Stick your finger, up to the first joint into the soil and check for moisture level... or get a plant "water meter"... that will tell you which ones need water
Wait until the plant soil is dry and then water thoroughly, letting the excess water drain out and then empty the saucer if you have one.
If they stay inside, the same year round.
