As a home & garden DIY site, we don't have a recipe category. :( However, you can roast radishes with oil and your favorite spices for a delicious treat. Roast them like you would any other vegetable. I usually do them at 450 degrees for 15-20 min. Watch them and turn them though to keep them from burning. We like butter on ours but some people like lemon juice. Wishing you the best.

There are several recipes on pinterest.com for radishes. One is called fermented radishes, and the only ingredient other than radishes is salt. Not sure if this is what you were looking for, but might be worth checking.
