Do you have a yard, could you put some Shepard hooks out there to hang them?
Beautiful decor!!!
That is an easy one! Get a large pot, bucket or any container of choice. Fill with soil, plant some flowers and Insert a shepherds hook and hang your chimes. Another option is to use sand and you can top with seashells or kitty litter then decorate with pretty rocks. Poke holes in the bottom so rain and snow drains out if your vessel has no holes in it.
Hi Rhonda,
Chas & Naomie have great ideas! Certain Command Hooks can also be used outdoors. Just look for the ones that say Outdoors like the ones on the link below. Wishing you the best.

2 large decorative / colorful flower pots - put at least 8' 2 x 2 or depending on the weight of your chimes a 4 x 4 in each pot; set the pots 10+ feet apart and put a piece of pipe between the two; hang your chimes from the pipe -- fill the pots with Quikcrete when you get them positioned the way you want.
We have a few shepherds hooks for our wind chimes and bird feeders... if your ground is hard... use a spike or really big screwdriver (I can feel my husband cringing from here) and make a starter hole... then pound in the legs for the shepherds hook
