A couple of drops of Dawn in a small bucket, mop, then rinse.
Both sources Naomi Moore provided give important information. Read the label on the poly and buy the right solvent. If you try to clean up with just soap and water, it will take a lot of skin scrubbing and your hands will look dirty for days. Best wishes ☺️
