Try putting them in the washer with bleach and Dawn soap added to the water. Soak for a few hours (overnight), then spin the water out and wash them like you normally do. That should brighten them up again.

These are old fashion products - but they still work. Laundry bluing can be added to your wash. Mix a few DROPS into a bucket. Add warm water. Add this to your laundry. Also 20 mule team borax, can be added. Both require you still use your regular detergent. You can use bleach with both of these products. Also if you can hang them out in the sun, that helps with naturally bleaching them with the sun.
try Oxie clean - soak them in oxie and hot water over night I have had good luck with it on old lace
Put 1 Cup bleach and 1 cup dishwasher soap in the washing machine in hot water and soak overnight. Works on vintage doillies also.
Try soaking in Biz in the bath tub over night. Scrub by hand, drain, repeat another night. You will see the dirty water is loosening the dirt. Machine wash and dry
