How do I remove the stubborn stains from gas stove?
How do I remove the stubborn stains from gas stove?
What is your question?
Tomatoes are considered a "nightshade" and some people avoid them for medical reasons. Some people avoid them for being to acidic. I love tomatoes and eat them in any form I can, and have some sort of tomato type product just about every day. Every person should choose to do what is best for them.
Having to guess, since you did not ask a question, here's something I found for you on a Google search: http://www.stylecraze.com/articles/serious-side-effects-of-tomatoes/#gref
Even if you tend to have an acid problem there are tomatoes on the market with low acid. They are an extremely healthy food to eat and can be used and bring lots of flavor to all sorts of dishes.
Tomatoes have lots of vitamin C, it is only bad for those that can't tolerate a lot of acid in their diet. Adding a smidge of sugar can reduce the acid a bit. My hubby thinks he can now tolerate tomato things miraculously, but I just add a little sugar and it doesn't hit him so hard. Any veggie is good for you as long as you tolerate them or is a no-no for a diet you have to follow (hubby has to eat vitamin K foods everyday or he can't eat them at all since he is on warfarin).
