Google to find a foam store, generally where professional upholstery shops obtain some of their supplies. My preferred store is 42 miles away, but well worth the trip. For a nominal fee they cut to fit. Take your old cushions with you to get an exact fit. This is the shop I have been using since the 70's.

Is the foam old and sagging, if so you can buy replacement Fire safe foam from Suppliers or Upholstery stores. If it is the upholstery that is shabby,
Do you want to replace or do it yourself ? Upholstery Co. can do the job, or you can buy covers on eBay etc. Or you can remove your covers. unpick and use them as template for new ones, Hope that helps.

Hello, I went to JoAnn Fabrics when foam was on sale. I used sofa cushions themselves as templates. I wrapped the new cushions in plastic wrap from the U Haul store (appx $20) then slid them into the covers. Now I am looking for a way to make slipcovers.
