Something with a pop of colour would look nice...an oriental with rich reds, blues and greens for a traditional look...something chartreuse for an edgy modern take,
How about picking up the grey/greenish color for the carpet? It seems like you need a pop of color, but I wouldn't put it in the carpet, maybe red couch cushions?
