I have used crushed eggshells on the ground all around my plants, and it kills the slugs. Not sure why, I think the sharp edges cuts into them. I had to ask someone to save the washed shells for me as I don't use that many.
Hi Julie. I put a little Epson salt around my plants. I also put out cups or bowls of beer at night. Change it every day for about 1 week and you should get rid of them. Good Luck!
