All vegitation killer should do the trick, it’s supposed to kill everything! So far I haven’t found anything it won’t kill
Sprinkle on a heavy amt of baking soda and let stand for several hours or overnight. Next morning pour boiling water directly on the plant. If possible avoid watering in the surrounding area for several days. When the leaves show evidence of drying out, dig out with a large shovel. Wear long sleeved shirt/jacket and work gloves to protect your skin. REPEAT the baking soda/boiling water routine 2-3 more times to kill any remaining roots. Immediately wash clothing & gloves.

I just had poison ivy and was told to spray them and pull them out but wear gloves and protective clothing. Don't let the vines touch your skin. You have to keep spraying the roots until they are gone.
Use Roundup
low's has a good poison ivy killer may have to spray several times till it get to roots worked great just have to keep after it till gone.
I have had success with this! Poison ivy killer.
RoundUp will work but if you prefer to use a diy method you can saturate the roots with white vinegar. Multiple applications may be needed over several days, then you can remove the roots. The leaves will die off after the roots have been treated. Be sure to wear protection.
