First of all, be careful using pallet on the inside of your home, most are chemically treated with dangerous chemicals that are not safe for indoors. They are stamped and you can many times find out if they are chemically treated or not. To do a wall, find your wall studs with a stud finder, mark the studs with painters tape, start at the top of the wall and go across and then down with the pallet wood. Be sure your wood it cut at different locations on the wall so that the cuts are staggered. Use a nail gun to adhere to the wall.
