I use it outside in the summer to put plants on.
Regular washing with hot water and vinegar will eventually remove any residue. You could try Clorox toilet bowl cleaner if your tiles are a dull finish because there is bleach in the product and will remove the shine if you use it on glossy tile.. I used the Clorox cleaner on my grout which worked well but noticed it actually removed the sealer which I had gotten onto the tile itself.

Hair dryer and paper towel
Cover the area with a towel or thin but not too thin cotton fabric and go over it with a low setting iron.
Hot water should do the trick
Maybe hire a Scrubbing machine.......
