If they are stickers, you could try nail polish remover (acetone) and a razor window scraper. Some folks swear by GooGone which removes price tags,stickers, etc.
Look to find the hidden screws to be able to remove,or why not cover the flowers with Contact or a Large Static Cling....? or Mirror Tiles on the outside of the door......
Do you want to remove the doors or the flowers? We took our sliding doors off....just pull them off the track, unscrew the top, sides and bottom track and hang a shower curtain.
You could try heating up the flowers with a hair dryer - I think a heat gun would get to hot - and see if you can't peal them off, then use the nail polish remover or GooGone if there is residue.
